Bachelor Degree
Min 5 years experience in C & B Function (not just payroll or administration)
Have experience in develop / design C & B system & policy, particularly fixed and variable income & benefit (allowance)
Strong in numerical, detail, analytical and conceptual thinking
Proficient in English
