Analyst Plant System

An excellent opportunity for Analyst Plant Systems has arisen to join our Plant Dept. team. Residentially based in Balikpapan Support Facility and reporting to the Plant System Support Coordinator. You will develop software or any system Support Improvements so as to achieve an efficient daily plant process.

The scope of your role will include but not be limited to develop workplace management system, technical, administrative support to sites in relation to the plant project focus system; to maintain and continuously update/improve the plant project focus system so as to ensure all system are up to date; Ensure that TCI Plant are using an up to date and centrally standardized; conduct routine assessment to ensure all plant workplaces are fully compliant with the Plant System Support Improvement required; seek current tool Plant System Support improvements opportunity to achieve the most efficient process ; develop Plant System Database to ensure end to end process monitoring and completion and process performance analysis; apply the new created system data base to improve work efficiency and optimization.

To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology with analytical skills/experience.  Minimum 2 years’ experience in database programming skills, & plant systems skills. You should have analytical problem solving, have SQL Server database knowledge, Microsoft Access application with visual basic & SQL language; good in communication skills in English and Bahasa; hard worker, honest, and communicative.

An excellent opportunity for Buyer has arisen to join our Supply Chain team. Residentially based in Balikpapan Support Facility and reporting to the Supervisor Purchasing. You will meet the needs of project requirement with considering for timely supply and cost efficiently that supports our customer to achieve their target and increase project productivity.

The scope of your role will include but not be limited to achieve OR/OC to OP and on time delivery targets; sourcing, evaluating, recommending, purchase and expediting order items to achieve team objectives; ensure P1 or urgent orders are processed in timely manner; developing and maintaining current suppliers or new sources to get better cost saving and reduce the non – conformance report in purchasing; ensure good control, monitoring, communication and feedback to others; ensure all purchasing & logistics processes are followed (as TMS, agreement, regulation, etc); purchasing activity for spare parts, PEX, repair, warranty, fabrication, labor, test, calibration, etc of all unit/machine, also purchasing general items (civil & construction material, printing, consumable goods, etc) at all Thiess site; seek competitive on pricing, availability and best quality; monitor and update outstanding OR and OP revision; supply good meet the request date from site; expedite of OR to OP proceed; take corrective action for NCR.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Diploma 3 with minimum 2 year experiences in Purchasing/buyer; have commercial awareness; knowing spare parts/component of heavy equipment; knowing general order items (civil & construction material, printing, consumable goods, etc), unit down support; self confident; good communication skills (English & Bahasa); hard worker, honest, knowledge about purchasing of material; component & labour, negotiation skill, problem solving using analytical method, computer literate and communicative.
