Receptionist /Customer Service Staff ( Code : RCS )
Responsibility :
Front office operational, AR Administrator and as personal assistant of General Manager of Sales and Marketing such : incoming and out call, meeting & travel arrangement , travel claim, mail distribution , filling, welcoming guest, support administration for delivery of documents/ marketing , handling for customer inquiry, retention and claim and other sign duties by General Manager.
Qualification :

• Holding min. Diploma in Public Communication, Secretary or Administration
• Having at least 1 year experience in same the same field.
• Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Office and having SAP would be advantage.
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written) and Excellent in computer tools such Microsoft Office.
• Result and process oriented. Good communication, administration skills.
• Based at North Jakarta
