Export – Import Officer
Responsibilities:
He/She will assist Plant Logistics Manager in production planning and material planning of export – import product and handle export – import activities, such as :

• Correspondence with customer related with export/import product
• Arrange and follow up export / import shipment process and documentations.
• Arrange export/import license for certain products as required
• Follow up goods availability to meet export delivery plan date
• Liaise with shipping agent / forwarder to arrange export shipment.
• Manage material master data maintenance

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Holding min. Bachelor Degree any major from reputable university
• Having at least 2 years experiences in export-import / supply chain area
• Having experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Having broad knowledge of Indonesia export-import and custom regulation
• Good command in English
• Familiar with SAP system is a plus
